6 Large eggs
1/2 - 3/4 cup cream
salt and pepper
1-2 cups of fillings. Cheese, Vegies and or meats.
1 Deep Dish Pie Shell ready to bake

Mix eggs and cream until blended. Add diced fillings and salt and pepper to taste. Pour in uncooked pie shell and bake 45-60 minute in oven preheated top 350º Let cool and cover with wrap and refrigerate up to a week.

Cook this up and have breakfast or a quick dinner (just add a salad) for several days.
To re-heat 30 sec to a min in microwave.
