2 lbs pork belly or buto-buto (cuts with bones intact)
3 tablespoons fish sauce
12 pieces string beans (sitaw), cut in 2 inch length
2 pieces tomato, quartered
2 pieces eggplant, quartered
3 pieces chili or banana pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 quarts water
1 piece onion sliced
2 pieces taro gabi, quartered
1 pack sinigang mix - good for 2 liters water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into a cooking pot. Let boil.

Add onion and tomato. Boil for 5 to 8 minutes.

Put the pork in the cooking pot. Boil for 25 minutes.

Add the taro. Cover and continue to boil for 30 minutes.

Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc mix, fish sauce, and ground black pepper; stir.

Put the eggplant in. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the chili peppers, okra, and snake beans. Cook for 7 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with a small bowl with fish sauce and spicy chili.
