1/2 Cup flour
2Tbs Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Cup milk

2Tbs Butter

Place 2 Tbs butter in a 9" pie plate, melt butter while oven heats.. Put on middle rack of oven. Set oven to 425º.

This is easier to make in a blender, but you can mix ingredients in a bowl with hand mixer or wooden spoon.
Combine all the other ingredients in bowl or blender. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture over melted butter, put back in the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Pancake will puff up while it bakes. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon wedges.
