Ingredients:  
pork tenderloin. cut into medallions
large onion cut in wedge slices
butter
salt/pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cloves garlic
2 apples cut in thin wedges
1 tbsp brown sugar
splash white wine or cooking sherry
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sear medallions on both sides. salt and pepper. remove from pan

add onions. saute 4-5 mins. add garlic and cinnamon and br. sugar
add apples. saute 5 mins until start to soften

then wine and squeeze of lemon (optional)

Add pork back into pan
