1 bag of fresh cranberries
2 large boxes of any red Jello
2 C. warm water
1 16 oz. can of crushed pineapple, well drained.
1 C. chopped walnuts, or pecans if you prefer.
2 C. Sugar
1 C. diced celery
1 whole orange cut into 4 pieces , entire orange with peel on

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries and sugar, let stand. stir water into jello to disolve and let stand in refrigerator to partly set. In a food processor, grind cranberries, and all other ingredients until finely chopped. Add ingredients to partly set jello in a well greased jello mold and refrigerator until set. Best to set overnight.
