1 cup heavy cream
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey (Jameson is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Place whiskey, condensed milk, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla in a blender and mix on low speed for 30 seconds.
Add the cream to the blender still on low speed for a few more seconds
Transfer to a glass container, refrigerate, and store for up to 2 months.
Shake well before using.

This is my gram’s recipe! Yes she is Irish, and my grandfather was born on St Patrick’s Day!! We make this every year and it is wonderful over ice, in coffee, or mixed drinks!
