16 oz. Elbow Macaroni
½ cup Flour
½ cup Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Worchester Sauce
16 oz. Velveeta Cheese
4 cups Milk
Breadcrumbs for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on the package.

Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat & add flour. Whisk for two minutes, then add salt, dry mustard & Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add heated milk. After the mixture boils add Velveeta cheese. Take off heat and stir until cheese is melted.

Combine with cooked macaroni in a greased casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and a little butter & pour over casserole.

Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes
