Salt
Cracked peppercorns
Ground garlic
Chili powder

SAUCE:
Sour cream
Grated horseradish
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice

NOODLES:
Thai-style konjac noodles
Butter
Garlic
Ginger
Serrano peppers
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder

Directions:
For the steak: Apply a dry-rub of salt, cracked peppercorns, ground garlic and chili powder and sear in a cast-iron skillet for 2-3 minutes per side. Cut into slices to serve.

For the sauce: Mix sour cream, grated horseradish, salt, pepper and lemon juice and season to taste.

For the noodles: Drain noodles and sauté in a pan with butter, garlic and ginger, Serrano peppers salt, pepper and chili powder. Serve with a chili-garlic sauce for garnish.
