- All Purpose Flour - 2 c.
- Sugar - c.
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 2 c.
- Ricotta Cheese - c.
- Eggs - 2
- Pure Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 stick
- Pure Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking soda.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, ricotta, eggs, and vanilla until well blended
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot and spray with non-stick spray
5. Pour batter about cup at a time to form as many pancakes as will fit.
6. Serve with maple syrup
