5-6 large whole sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar, or maple syrup
1/2 c. milk
1 bag of marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sweet potatoes until tender, then peel and mash.
Blend together the remaining ingredients, except marshmallows.
Top with marshmallows
Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes

Allow the casserole to sit uncovered or the marshmallows will totally melt!
