1 cup Sugar
1 cup Margarine
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Egg Yolk
2 ½ cups Flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Grated Lemon Rind
24 oz. Chocolate Bits, melted
3 cartons Jimmies, Colored Decorations, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk, beat well. Stir in flour, salt, and lemon rind. Chill a few hours or overnight.

Shape into little logs by rolling between the palms of hands.

Bake on ungreased sheets at 325º for 12 minutes. Cool

Dip one end of each in melted chocolate and then in jimmies or colored decoration beads.

Cool on wax paper until set.
