1 bag of fresh cranberries
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the pineapple juice, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cranberries, and bring to a boil.
Lower the temperature to simmer until the berries burst (about 3-5 minutes).
Turn off the heat and allow the cranberries to sit at room temperature.
Refrigerate before serving

I'm the only one who believes that cranberry sauce (pronounced sawce) is essential to Thanksgiving dinner - it needs to be on the plate next to the turkey and mashed potatoes, and scooped onto the bread rolls! Yummy . . . you guys will someday get this.
