1 box German chocolate cake mix
1-½ sticks butter, melted
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 bag (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
1 c. evaporated mile

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Combine cake mix, ½ of the can of evaporated milk, melted butter and nuts. Press ⅔ of mixture into a greased & floured 9x13 baking dish. Bake 6 minutes. Melt caramels with the other half can of evaporated milk. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot cake. Pour caramel mixture over chocolate. Crumble the remaining cake mixture on top of caramel. Bake 15-18 minutes. Brownies will be soft when removing from oven. Let sit and cool to firm up.
