1 lb chicken breast
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
2 cups grated cheese
Green onions (optional)

1. Dice & cook chicken breast with diced green onion
2. Combine soups, tomatoes & 1 cup of cheese in mixing bowl
3. Tear tortillas into pieces & place in greased 9x13 pan
4. Combine chicken & soup mixtures and place on top of tortillas
5. Repeat this pattern 2 times
6. Top casserole with remaining cheese
7. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
