Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
8oz sour cream
2 cans jalapenos
12 tortillas
1 whole chicken breast
2 cups monterey jack
3/4 cup onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice & cook chicken
2. Combine chicken, 1 cup cheese & onion-set aside
3. Melt butter over low heat
4. Add flour & stir until smooth (about 1 min)
5. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly, until bubbly & thick
6. Stir in sour cream & jalapenos
7. Add 1/2 of saucepan mixture into 9x13 pan-set aside remaining
8. Place 2 tbsp of chicken mixture into heated tortilla & roll
9. Place tortillas side by side in pan & add remaining sauce on top
10. Bake at 425 for 20 min, take out & sprinkle on remaining cheese
11. Bake additional 5 min
