10 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced, Granny Smith are good
1 c. white sugar
1 T. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ c. water

1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
½ c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Place apples in 9x13 baking dish. Mix white sugar, 1 T. flour, and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Pour water evenly all over the apples. Combine the oats, cup of flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and melted butter. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes. Serve over ice cream or just by itself!!
