1/2 cup milk or plant based milk or 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 TBSP honey or agave

Cantalope and Mango

Banana Avocado and Cocao ( add some spinach for a protein boost )

Kiwi and Banana with Almond Butter ( about 1 tbsp )

Strawberry and Peach

Mango and Papaya or banana off season and frozen fruit mixes in the freezer case
