Ingredients:  
1 lb Sausage – cut into 1” pieces (use your favorite sausage)
½ Head of Cabbage – cut into ½” wedges
20 small potatoes- quartered
1 small onion - sliced
Garlic butter – to taste, store bought or homemade
S & P to taste
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat your grill to 400 Degrees
• Cut four sheets of foil. Spray well with non-stick spray.
• Divide the cabbage, potatoes and onion over the foil sheets
• Evenly divide the sausage between the packets and top with garlic butter
• Add 1 ice cube to each mound
• Seal each packet and place on grill
• Grill for 50 mins – flipping every 15 minutes
• Allow to rest 10 mins
• Serve with sour cream if desired.


Also can do in the oven for 50-60 mins @ 400 degrees.
