1 cup sugar
½ cup light Karo syrup
1 cup salted peanuts (dry roasted work well)
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Karo syrup and sugar well in a 3 quart pyrex bowl
Microwave on high for 4 minutes
Add peanuts and mix well
Microwave on high for 3 minutes
Add vanilla and butter, mix well
Microwave on high for 1 minute
Add baking soda and stir gently until it becomes milky
Pour on buttered cookie sheet immediately
Let cool and break into pieces
