Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound 20/80 ground beef

Mix together in bowl

Add 1 egg
Add 1/2 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs
Add 1/4 cup pine nuts
Add 1 shredded zucchini (shred zucchini on paper towel and squeeze out moisture)
Add 2 tablespoons ketchup

Also add 1 teaspoon dry basil
1 teaspoon dry onion powder
1 teaspoon dry garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together until we’ll combined

Spread layer of canned Campbell tomato soup on top of meatloaf instead of ketchup

Form your meatloaf in a loaf on a baking sheet covered with foil
Spread a layer of canned tomato soup on top instead of ketchup, delicious!

Bake for approximately 1 hour

This free form meatloaf with tomato soup is a treat. I have always used a standard meatloaf pan and ketchup so hopefully this version will become a favorite with your family.
