1/2 - 1 Cup non-dairy milk (almond, hazelnut, oat, coconut or soy)

1/2 C or more raw cashews (or can use raw walnuts or other nuts)

1 scoop vegan protein powder (I like vanilla - Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Powder works well)

2 frozen bananas (Freeze ahead in chunks in zip lock bag)

1/2 C or more frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

Options: pineapple chunks, mango, coconut, pear, orange

Directions:
Directions:
BLEND in Blender until smooth and creamy. If you want it thicker, add more frozen bananas. If it's too thick, add more non-dairy milk or water.
