1 TB Flour
¼ tsp
⅛ tsp pepper
2 pounds chili coarsely ground stew meat
1 TB oil
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 can (28 oz) petite diced tomatoes
1 can (16oz) Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (16 oz) chili beans
1 can tomato sauce
3 TB mild chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp basil
salt to taste

In a bowl combine flour, salt and pepper. Add meat and coat with flour mixture. In a skillet, brown meat in oil. Transfer to a slow cooker. Stir in onion, tomatoes, beans tomato sauce, and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until the meat is tender.
When cutting or seeding jalapeno's do not touch your face and be careful.
