12 c diced cucumbers
3 c. green peppers, diced
1 c. red peppers, diced
5 c. finely diced celery
c. pickling salt
6 c. white vinegar
3 tbsp. mustard seeds
8 tbsp. dill seeds
4 tsp. garlic powder
5 c. finely diced onions
2 tbsp. celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all chopped vegetables.
sprinkle with salt.
Cover with cold water and let stand for 4 hours.
Drain in colander and squeeze gently to press out all liquid.
Combine vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and dill seeds.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in drained vegetables and simmer 10 mins.
Pack into hot, sterilized jars leaving -inch headspace.
Wipe jars, seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
