3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1½ c. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1½ tsp. baking powder
1½ salt
4 eggs
1½ c. buttermilk
1½ c. hot water
½ c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Put a little butter on a paper towel and coat bottom of pan, then put cocoa powder on bottom and shake out extra.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk. Add eggs, buttermilk, hot water, and vegetable oil. Mix.
Heat oven to 350º and bake for 30-35 minutes. Makes 3, 9 inch circle pans.
