11-12 minutes

3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup salted caramel chips
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix thoroughly.

Shape into balls and bake at 350º for 11-12 minutes. Remove from oven when puffy and barely cooked through. Do not let them brown. Let cookies cool on tray for 1 minute then transfer to rack to cool.
