1 1/2 C flour
2 C milk
2 eggs
1 Tb sugar
1/2 tsp each, salt Vanilla and baking powder

Whisk all ingredients together well.

Heat crepe pan, coat with cooking spray

Pour enough batter to cover bottom of pan as you tip and spread them thin.
The goal is to have lacy edges

Flip and cook 1 more minute

Serve hot with maple syrup or optional special syrup below:

1/2 C butter
1 C buttermilk
1 C sugar
1/2 tsp each vanilla and soda
Heat to low boil
