Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
* 1 1/4 c. Dates (chopped)
* 1/2 c. Water
* 1 c. Apple (shredded)
* 1/4 c. Oil (Canola or veg.)
* 1/2 c. Nuts (Chopped pecans or walnuts)
* 1/2 tsp. Salt
* 1 tsp. Vanilla
* 3 c. quick oats
* agave nectar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

* Heat dates and water. Mash and stir until smooth. Add apples and oil and mix.

* Add remaining ingredients and mix.

* Roll into balls and let stand for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

* Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool. Store in tupperware in refrigerator.
