Ingredients:  
1 chicken, cut up for frying
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup prepared mustard
4 tsp. curry powder
Directions:
Directions:
Melt honey and butter together. Mix in mustard and curry. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish, meaty side down. pour sauce over meat and bake at 375ºF for 30 to 40 minutes. Baste often for last 15 to 20 minutes until sauce has thickened.
