1/2 C butter
1 can evaporated milk

15-oz Hershey bar or 4 regular-size bars
18 large marshmallows, cut in 4's
1 tsp vanilla

Prepare buttered 9 x 13

In heavy saucepan, whisk together sugar, butter and milk
Slowly bring to a full boil, cook 4 min

Add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.

Quickly spread in buttered dish. Cool
