1 1/2 to 1 lbs. round steak cut in 3/4 inch cubes or stripes
Flour salt and pepper
2 tbs. oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
6 or 4 oz. can mushrooms (stems & pieces) chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. spaghetti or egg noodles
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Dredge cut up meat in seasoned flower, can use lip lock bag
Heat oil in electric frying pan
Brown meat well
Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms saute lightly
Reduce heat to simmer or low
Combine sour cream, tomato soup, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Pour over meat and stir to coat
Cover and cook on simmer or low for 1/1/2 hours or until tender.
Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick
Cook spaghetti or egg noodles according to package directions.
Serve stroganoff over noodles
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
