Ingredients:  
1 cup cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup mini chocolate chips
⅛ tsp salt

1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 cup water
1 T vinegar
1 cups flour
cup cocoa
tsp salt
⅓ cup cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients & set aside
Mix together rest of ingredients. Beat well
Fill muffin cups ⅓ full of chocolate mixture
Top with spoonful cheese mixture
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until done

I have made these in mini muffin cups for bite-sized treats. Just need to adjust cooking time.
