5 ziemniaków
4 pietruszki ( korzeń)
pół selera
pół cebuli
5 dużych ząbków czosnku
8 łyżek oliwy
bullion rosołowy
Sól, pieprz, paprika słodka,
papryka wędzona, kurkuma

6 carrots
5 potatoes
4 parsley (root)
˝ bunch celery
˝ medium onion
5 large cloves of garlic
8 Tbsp of olive oil
Broth Bullion
Salt & Pepper
Sweet & Smoked Paprika

Obrać warzywa
Pokroić w dużą kostkę, polać oliwa, doprawić
Piec w 180stopni/ 45 min( aż warzywka będą przypieczone na brązowo)
zalać 2 litrami bulionu
dekorować pestkami dyni i pietruszką


Peel the vegetables. Cut into large cubes, pour the olive oil and season with remaining seasonings. Bake at 350şV / 45 minutes (until the vegetables are browned). Cool down, blend into soup. Pour 2 liters/8 cups broth and mix. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and parsley.
