Kilka płatów śledziowych (matjas)
1 średnia cebula czerwona
3 ogórki średnie kiszone
2 średnie ziemniaki udotowane
2 marcheweki średnie ugotowane
2 Jajka ugotowane

Several sheets of herring
1 medium red onion
3 medium pickled cucumbers
2 medium peeled potatoes
2 carrots medium, cooked
2 Boiled eggs

Sledzia moczymy przez kilka godzin, następnie odsączany z wody kroimy i w cienkie paski.
Pokroić cebulę i ogórki w cienką kostkę.
Sledzia wykładamy do pojemnika dodajemy cebulę i ogórki kiszone,
Posypujemy delikatnie solą i pieprzem smarujemy wierzch majonezem,
Ścieramy na grubych oczkach ugotowane ziemniaki, sól ,pieprz. Następnie ścieramy marchewkę i ponownie smarujemy majonezem, na koniec ścieramy jajka i posypujemy szczypiorkiem .
Życzę smacznego

Soak the herring for several hours, then cut it drained from the water and into thin strips. Thinly dice the onion and cucumbers. Put the herring into the container, add the onion and pickled cucumbers. Sprinkle gently with salt and pepper, smear the top with mayonnaise,

Grate the boiled potatoes, salt and pepper on coarse meshes. Then grate the carrots and brush them with mayonnaise again, then grate the eggs and sprinkle with chives. Enjoy!
