1 - 30 oz. can refried beans
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
8 oz. container guacamole or 4 lg. fresh avocados, mashed and seasoned with salt and pepper
8 oz. jar salsa, drained if from the deli or 8 oz. jar of taco sauce
12 oz. sour cream (optional) leave on side for people to add themselves
3 c. shredded lettuce
1-½ c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can black olives, sliced
2 lg. bags tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix refried beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning mix. Spread on a 12" round serving platter. Spread guacamole on top of bean mixture. Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, and olives. Top with sour cream or leave on side. Serve with chips.
