2 c flour
2½ tbsp sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 large egg yolks
1¼ cups heavy cream
1¼ cups buttermilk
2 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, cream, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry, just until combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps. Cook on a hot, buttered griddle.
