Stick of butter
1 C brown sugar
tsp cinnamon
C banana liqueur
4 bananas
C dark rum
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bananas in half and then in half length wise.
Combine butter sugar and cinnamon in skillet
Place over low heat stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in banana liqueur, then place in bananas. When bananas are softened and start to turn brown add rum, tilt pan slightly if using gas cooktop to ignite, or use fireplace lighter to ignite rum. When flames subside, place bananas into 4 serving bowls with ice cream, spoon over sauce.
