2 c. cream
4 c. sugar
3 large symphony bars - broken up
2 cubes butter
Directions:
Directions:
Put cream and sugar in medium saucepan and cook to medium ball. Take off heat. Add symphony bars and butter. Stir until melted ( stir constantly). Put in buttered pan. chill in fridge until cool.
