Directions:
Preheat oven/ air fryer to 400 degrees
First rinse off brussels sprouts, then cut them in half and set aside in a bowl.
Next in a separate bowl mix the turmeric and cayenne pepper
Then pour vegetable oil unto the halved brussels sprouts and mix thoroughly unto brussels sprouts are fully covered.
Next shake off excess oil from brussels sprouts and place them into your powdered spices mixture and mix with a fork until spices have covered most of the brussels sprouts and set aside
Next mix mayo and sriracha sauce in a separate dish for dipping.
Place brussels sprouts into oven/air fryer and allow them to roast for 20-25 minutes. The longer the crispier!
Once done dip these anti-inflammatory brussels sprouts into your dipping sauce and enjoy :)
