1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
1 2/4 cups of brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of butter
2 eggs
3 cups of oatmeal

- You will need extra for the rolled balls
-1½ cup of Oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, eggs, and baking soda. Mix all ingredients until smooth and then little by little add oatmeal. Once all ingredients are mixed, make cookies balls and Roll into remaining 1½ cup oatmeal. Place two inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. This will make about 5 dozens
