Pasta Sauce Recipe

1 Chopped Onion
1tsp. Chopped Garlic
1pkg. Stewing Beef
6 Cans of Hunts Tomato Sauce
1tsp. Salt
1tsp. Pepper
1tsp. Basil
1tsp. Italian Seasoning
1tsp. Oregano
2-3 Bay Leafs
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
Pinch of Crushed Chilies

1pkg. Ground Beef
1 Egg
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
¼c. Parmesan Cheese
½tsp. Italian Seasoning
½tsp. Basil
½tsp. Oregano
½tsp. Garlic Powder
½tsp. Onion Powder

1.In a large pot brown a chopped onion in oil.
2.Once browned add in the chopped garlic.
3.Once that is soft and browned add in the stewing beef.
4.Add in the tomato sauce after the stewing beef is browned.
5.Add the salt, pepper, basil, Italian seasoning, and oregano.
6.To that add the bay leaves and basil leaves along with the crushed chillies.
7.Let boil for a few hours.
8.Add the raw meatballs to the sauce and let them cook.

1.Mix everything together in a bowl.
2.Role into medium size balls.
3.Leave raw as they will cook in the sauce.
