1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup plant milk
1/4 cup hot sauce - Chulula if you don’t like it too hot
3/4 cup WW or gluten free flour
1 TBSP each: garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 tsp each: Himalayan salt and black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line a baking pan with parchment paper or use silicone mats.

In a large bowl mix together the milk, flour, chulula sauce
and seasonings.

Add the florets and mix until they are covered with the batter.

After dipping the buffalo pieces, shake the excess batter off and place the battered cauliflower onto the baking sheet. Do not let the cauliflower touch.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy!

Serve as is or make a dipping sauce! So YUM!!!

These are incredibly YUMMY!
