Directions:

Add to your High Speed Blender:

1 can pumpkin puree - not pumpkin pie mix
1 cup nut milk
1/2 cup Medjool dates, pitted & packed down
1 small ripe banana -
1/2 tsp each: clove, ginger, nutmeg & vanilla powder 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Blend until smooth

Then Add:
6 TBSP chia seeds
Blend again until smooth...

ADD more nut milk if necessary. The chia seeds will firm up quite a bit.

Pour into a few “pudding” bowls/or one big one.

Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

I love this with some “whipped coconut cream” on top! And a little dusting of cinnamon on top of the “cream” :-)
