10 oz. spinach
2-3 anjour pears, cut into bite size pieces
1 bunch green onions, cut
3 oz. cooked bacon, crumbled
2 oz. walnuts
Blue cheese crumbles
Vinaigrette of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl in layers of spinach, pears, bacon, and walnuts. Continue layers until bowl is full. Top with blue cheese. Serve with vinaigrette.
