Ingredients:  
Bag of frozen chicken
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 jar salsa
1 can green chilies
Box of chicken broth
Corn- optional
2 cans drained great northern beans
2 cans non-drained great northern beans
Fritos, sour cream, shredded cheese- toppings

Cook bag of chicken, cumin, salsa, chiles and salt in crockpot until it falls apart. I usually just do it overnight- so low for 8 hours. Shred chicken. Saute onion and garlic and add to crockpot. Add beans and broth and let cook for 4 hours on low.

Have made this for years. Learned recipe when we lived on Greiner so every time I make it it takes me back to the happy times on Greiner with my babies :)
