1 lb. ham - chunked
1 T. butter
1 T. brown sugar

1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. water
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ham with sugar and butter in an electric skillet and set aside. Add remaining ingredients into skillet and stir all together. Cook on low heat 250* for 25 minutes stirring often. Put ham on top and cook an additional 10 minutes.
