6 baked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded
1 medium white onion, chopped
1-2 fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
2 cans chopped green chilis
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green enchilada sauce
6 cups chicken broth
1 8-oz pkg. Philadelphia Brand™ cream cheese
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can navy beans
1 pkg. McCormick™ White chicken chili seasoning

Directions:

Bring 6 cups of chicken broth to boil in a large Dutch oven. Add onion, jalapeños and green chilis. Stir in cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add the chili seasoning, mix well. Add the shoe peg corn, navy beans and shredded chicken. Simmer covered approximately 30 minutes. Ladle into bowls and if desired, top with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocados and broken tortilla chips.
