3 cups old fashioned oats
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 ¼ cup skim milk
1 can sliced peaches, drained & chopped
1 cup blueberries
½ tsp salt
1 egg
2 egg whites
¼ cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, sugar, baking powder & salt
In another bowl, mix eggs, milk & vanilla
Add to dry ingredients & blend
Let stand 5 minutes
Stir in fruit
Put in sprayed 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with nuts
Bake uncovered 350º 35-40 minutes till top is brown.
