Burrito size Tortilla shells
Refried Beans
Enchiladas Sauce (mild) or Mom's Homemade Enchiladas Sauce. (See Recipe in Cookbook.)
Ground Beef
Taco Seasoning
Green Onions
Black Olives
Jalepeno peppers
Mexican blend shredded cheese
Chili powder and Cumin spread over baking sheet
Directions:
Directions:
Dice and prepare all veggies before hand.

Brown ground beef and flavor with taco seasoning.

Warm Tortillas and refried beans.

Spread beans over the entire tortilla and top with small amount of enchilada sauce.

Place another tortilla shell over the first.

Spread ground beef over beans.

Top with veggies and spread evenly over tortilla.

Finish by spreading cheese over top of the edge of the tortilla.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 450º Enjoy!
