2 lbs of deer stew meat, butterfly chops or backstrap
1 large onion - chopped
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
5 lbs of potatoes - peeled and diced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add deer meat to a crock pot, cover with water, add onions and salt and pepper. Cook on low 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, shred meat by stirring it, add potatoes and cook until tender. (about 2 hours) Drain out some water and add the cream of mushroom soup. Serve over rice.
