1 onion, chopped
1 can chili beans, 16 oz.
1 can black beans, 13 oz.
1 can whole corn, drained, 15 oz.
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1 can chicken broth, 14 oz.
2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilis, 10. oz.
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
3-4 boneless chicken breasts

Sour cream
Shredded cheese (cheddar)

Place all ingredients in order in crock pot, stir up and put chicken breast down in
mixture. Set on low 5 hours. Then remove chicken, let cool then shred and return to pot
for 2 more hours. Put tortilla chips in bowl. Top with soup then add cheese & sour cream

**For a creamy "Twist" - replace tomato sauce with Cream of Chicken Soup and
1 block of Cream Cheese. I also add 1 teaspoon of Beef bullion and teaspoon of Chipotle Seasoning.
